Tango PCB is a PCB layout tool for designing reliable printed circuit boards, from simple prototypes to multi-layer products. It offers interactive component placement and routing, rule-driven design checks, support for copper pours and planes, and flexible layer stack configuration. Designers can build and manage footprint libraries, import connectivity via netlists from popular schematic capture tools, and validate designs with real-time clearance and connectivity checks. When layouts are complete, Tango PCB exports industry-standard manufacturing and assembly files—such as Gerber and Excellon drill data, pick-and-place files, and bills of materials—to streamline handoff to fabricators. With a focus on clarity and error prevention, Tango PCB helps engineers and makers turn ideas into manufacturable boards efficiently.
Tango PCB is developed by ACCEL Technologies, Inc.. The most popular version of this product among our users is 14.0. The name of the program executable file is Pcb.exe.

It was very easy to use and ideal for middle and high school students.
Unfortunately, programs now require first drawing the schematic to make way for the printed circuit and this process makes them inefficient.
